You are travelling to the most unadulterated music festival in the country, so make sure you carry

• Warm clothing: We don’t mind you getting romantic, but believe us, being warm adds to the romance!
• Summer clothing:The music festival ambience can get you warmer! So carry suitable clothing too.
• Shoes/ proper footwear: Trust us; the nature is best felt with your eyes and nose, not only with your bare feet
• Umbrella: Sit high and dry in case of a spell of rain and snicker at everyone else who was unprepared. Or save yourself from the mid-day sun!
• Sleeping Bags: We provide sleeping bags with the tents. However you can carry extra sleeping bags if you want to.
• Camera: Even if you’re not a person that clicks pictures, bring your camera. Force yourself to take photos. Use these to piece together your weekend and post them on social media to make your friends jealous!
• Costumes: The open-air music festival is much better in costume! And then you can join the parade. What parade? You’ll see.
• Toilet Paper: We provide toilet paper in the toilet area. However you can carry more too. Better prepared than sorry.
• Hand Sanitizer: See the point made in favor of toilet paper?
• Sunglasses: Preferably bring something cheap because you might lose them.
• Fake Mustaches: Just in case you need to quickly disguise your identity.
• Duct tape: It proves handy when something is broken. Also to silence your companion, if he isn’t letting you listen to the awesome music of the Storm.
• Ear plugs: should we make a case for them?

If you are as serious as us towards the conservation of nature:

• DO NOT BRING Outside alcohol, food, water and beverages. Everything is available in the Storm Festival. You couldn’t have forgotten the awesome food at the first two editions of Storm, right?
• DO NOT BRING Weapons, fireworks, explosives or illegal substances of any kind. We love peace. And music. And peace.
• DO NOT BRING Carts, large backpacks, tents and coolers.
• DO NOT BRING Unauthorized/Unlicensed/Unapproved vending machines. We love entrepreneurs but for 3 days, keep your entrepreneurial instincts in check.
• DO NOT BRING Cigarettes, Un-prescribed Drugs, matches, lighters or any prohibited substances into the festival area.
• DO NOT BRING Glass materials including bottles and food jars--all glass containers will be confiscated upon entry to the festival and no exception will be made.
• DO NOT BRING Plastic or any sort of non-degradable substances that you need to dispose off at the Storm Fields.
• DO NOT BRING any kind of narcotic substances. Storm Festival is the cleanest festival in the country, internationally acclaimed for the strict “No-Drug” policy implementation. We are not losing that tag.
• DO NOT BRING caskets, machetes, machine guns, chloroform or any weapon for mass destruction. We are actually nice people. So are MOST of the Stormers.

  Chasing Storm New Year’s Eve 2014-15 @ Coorg is a 48 hour camping event amidst nature, starlit nights, midnight barbeques, night-long jam sessions and your very own idyllic Stormers’ Paradise with some music across multiple genres.

• What is the permissible age limit to enter Storm Festival 2014?
  

  There is no age limit to enter the festival. However, no alcohol will be served to persons below 21 years of age as per Government laws. Children below 10 years will be allowed into Storm Festival only if accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket at all times.

• Can tickets be purchased by cash?
  

  Tickets can be purchased by cash from the ‘Box Office' at the venue or from our 'On-ground Authorized Promotional Partners' only. (Subject to availability of tickets).

• How many tickets can I purchase online through Book My Show?
  

  A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased

• Are there any terms and conditions for the tickets?

• Is it necessary for me to be physically present at the venue to collect my ticket(s)?
  

  Yes, you will have to be present at the venue when collecting your ticket(s). The only exception will be made if you have used someone else's credit card to make the purchase –in which case, the card holder (on provision of a valid ID proof) can collect the ticket for you. However, it is mandatory for you to be present while exchanging the ticket for your wristband before entering the venue.

• Is it essential for me to carry an authorized photo ID along with me for ticket verification purposes?
  

  Yes, an original valid government authorized photo ID is mandatory for ticket verification purposes. Without this, the ticket will not be handed over to you.

• What should I do if I purchase a ticket, but live outside India?
  

  A valid and original passport along with the original credit/ debit card used for making the online purchase will be required you at the box office at the venue.

• What does a luxury tent ticket entitle me to?

• What is an Early Bird Ticket? What are the benefits?
  

  Early bird tickets are sold in limited numbers for limited days. They are tickets which need to be purchased for both days and are available at a discounted price. The ticket categories available include are:

  • Season tickets without stay: providing entry to festival on both days
  • Season tickets with stay: providing entry to festival on both days as well as camping on a twin-sharing basis.
• Is there a facility to upgrade tickets once purchased across categories?
  

  Once purchased, a ticket cannot be exchanged or refunded. Terms and conditions applicable for upgradation of tickets to a different category. Please contact the box office at the venue for details.

• Is backstage access available for any of the tickets?
  

  No ticket allows you to enter backstage.

• Will an additional fee/ charge be levied if a ticket is purchased online?
  

  Yes, a nominal service charge will be added per transaction which is a compulsory and unavoidable fee.

• If a ticket is booked through a friends or parent’s debit/credit card/net banking, what documents will have to be produced to get the physical ticket?
  
  • Photo copy of the Debit/Credit card used for the transaction along with the cardholder’s valid signature on the same.
  • Photocopy of Valid Photo ID of the debit/credit card holder along with an authorization letter.
  • Valid Photo ID of the person using the ticket
  • If tickets have been purchased through Net Banking, a printout of the transaction receipt and the confirmation mail will have to be produced at the box office to get the physical ticket.
• Will a copy of the debit/credit card used to purchase the online ticket be accepted as verification to get the physical ticket at the box office?
  

  No, the original debit/ credit card along with the above-mentioned documents will have to be provided at the box office. In case of failure to produce the specified ID proof, Storm Festival has the right to refuse entry to the ticket holder without a refund of the ticket price.

• Can I collect my ticket(s) and wristband(s) from any other locations besides the box office at the venue?
  

  No, all tickets can only be collected from the box office at the festival venue. Box office timings are mentioned above for your reference. Wristbands will be given by the organizers at the venue only after you have got the physical ticket.

• My 12-digit phone number is not acceptable on Book My Show? What do I do?
  

  Do not panic. Just provide a valid/ operational 10-digit mobile phone number in India that can be provided for communication purposes, if required.

• We count on you to collect what you bring on site and take it back to wherever it came from!
• Don’t bring items that will end up in the dump, or that you won’t be able to take them back home again.
• As a Stormer, you are requested to participate in enhancing the quality of the environment. Please take care not to hurt the environment in any way.
• You can leave your trace behind by being a part of Storm Festival and not by leaving plastics.
• Bring your Government ID/Age proof along with your tickets. This is a music festival for kids trapped in adult bodies.
• Storm wristbands to be worn at all times till the end of the festival, failing which you will be asked to leave the premises. That is the “must-have” fashion accessory this season.!
• The nearest ATM is 7km from the venue; please carry cash to avoid inconvenience. Tree houses do not prefer plastic money. However, we have swipe machines for you to use to buy supplies from Stormfields.
• Please carry thermal wear and sun block. If you don’t, you will regret
• Lockers will be provided for your personal belongings. We will keep the keys, so bring as less as possible.
• Bring along your basic medication- Prescription drugs will be allowed into the festival area only with a doctor’s prescription.
• Carry your tent receipts. It’s unpleasant to sleep under the open sky on a winter night.
• Do take care of your belongings, if you want them to be yours forever.
• Do bring your phone charger. Let’s try to give you power through solar panels (high hopes)
• Do treat your fellow campers and neighboring tents with respect. Give some to get some.
• Cigarette’s to be bought & smoked only in the smoking zones.
• Cigarette butts have to be thrown in the designated bins in the smoking zones.
• Space and logs will be provided for bonfire. We will help you light them too. Do not use petrol, aviation fuel or the likes
• Security will be carrying out searches on entry. Comply or get sued for misbehaving with the professional security personnel.
• Do respect the culture of the land. We are in India.
• Security has the right to eject anyone not complying with these rules or behaving in an inappropriate manner.
• Bring your sneakers/floaters along for a comfort factor
• Bring torches or buy them at the Storm Merchandise Shack- Let there be light.
• Limit what you bring on site, and remember to clean up behind you.
• Don’t throw things around. Put all garbage & rubbish into bins and bin bags. Remember, it’s our little effort to keep the environment clean.
• Arriving by bus is by far the greenest way to travel to the festival.
• Take your entire personal camping equipment home. You might need it another day.
• Strictly No Drugs or No usage of prohibited substance in the Storm Festival Area. Let’s keep our generation and the ones to come safe from its menace.
• No animals- just like you, we too love animals, but they just don’t believe in party floors! Yeah, unless they are party animals!
• No plastics
• No littering
• No inflammable substances such as lighters, match box, fuel etc.
• Please don’t venture out alone. The organisers don’t take the responsibility of any mishap or accidents.
• Don’t leave your baggage unattended.
• Pets not allowed.
• Don’t bring valuables. Like we said, we are not responsible if you lose them.
• No sharp objects, heavy objects, helmets, metals & chemicals without prescription allowed inside the festival area.
• Do not engage yourself in fights or brawls. We are here to spread music and peace and love. (And we have highly trained security personnel).
• Do not cause damage to the nature in and around the festival area

• We make efforts to recycle products as and when possible.
• All the waste is separated and recycled locally.
• We will continue to introduce greener materials into the festival.
• Our house-keeping team will use eco-friendly/ eco-cover cleaning products to keep your toilets clean.
• We encourage all the people in the festival to use eco-cover products.
• We only employ re-usable plates and bio-degradable materials to a large extent.
• We have introduced compost toilets.
• We love trees. It’s a lot better to romance around the trees. Refer to Bollywood, in case you have doubts!

• This is a limited entry event
• Entry on a ticket is valid for one person only and non - transferable.
• Entry shall be valid only for the particular date mentioned on the Day ticket or as mentioned on the Festival Ticket.
• Only original physical tickets are valid.
• Online receipts or vouchers/copy of the tickets are not valid for entry, unless exchanged for physical tickets before 8:30 pm on the event day, at the Box Office in the venue.
• Entry to the festival venue will strictly close at 9:00pm on all dates of the festival days
• The ticket is not valid for entry in to the premises if the ticket or the security hologram affixed on the face of the ticket is tampered with.
• No re-entry allowed to the festival, unless authorised by organisers. Applicable to all ticket categories.
• The rights of admission are reserved with the organizers.*
• Government issued and valid, original ID/Age proof to be in physical possession at all times along with your tickets.
• Wristbands to be worn at all times till the end of the festival, failing which you will be asked to leave the premises without any explanation.
• The organizers reserve the right to frisk the ticket holders & their belongings at the entry point and at any given point of time for security reasons. Your co-operation is solicited.
• Tents are allotted on a first come first serve basis.
• Do not venture out of the camp area alone.
• Children below 10 years, will be allowed free to the festival premises, only if accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket at all times. ID cards / age proof to be presented at the box office.
• Children 10 years and above (accompanied by an adult at all times) will have to buy regular Tickets to the festival.
• Organisers do not take any responsibility of the children in whatsoever way. Responsibility of children and their safety / actions lies solely with the accompanying adult(s) or individuals.
• Outside food, beverages, alcohol, cigarettes, match boxes, lighters, any inflammable substances, fire arms, any weapons/ sharp objects are strictly prohibited at the festival.
• This is a DRUG-FREE ZONE. Narcotics & illegal contraband products/ substances of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the venue. People under the influence or in possession of any such contraband will be evicted from the festival premises and handed over to the authorities.
• Do not leave your belongings unattended.
• Organizers will not be liable in any way whatsoever, for any loss of belongings, theft, bodily injuries or death due to personal negligence, vehicles or any untoward incidents whatsoever, that may occur.
• This event/ festival is subjected to force majeure conditions.
• No refunds will be made at any given point of time.
• Please carry ample cash for your purchases, to avoid inconvenience. Debit/ Credit cards will also be accepted for purchases. However, organisers or related parties of the festival will not be held responsible for technical snags in the machines during transactions.
• Please carry thermal wear/ warm clothes and sun block. The days are fairly warm, while the nights can be cold.
• Wear shorts, but don't forget to carry insect repellent.
• Basic medication allowed but only with relevant prescription.

• The entire Festival area is under CCTV surveillance.
• Security has the right to evict anyone not complying with the rules or behaving in an inappropriate manner.
• All laws and conditions of the land laid down by the concerned authorities shall be adhered to by one and all.
• Mobile phones and other handheld personal communication devices will be allowed at the festival premises unless suggested otherwise. As one of the conditions of entry to the venue, attendees agree that the recording, storage or use of any such data for any form of public advertisement, display, commercial gain or for any other purpose (except for your own consumption) is not permitted without prior written permission from Liquidspace Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
